Terms & Conditions  

1. The Promotion  

This promotion ("Promotion") is run by Summit Real Estate Ltd ("Promoter") and gives eligible entrants the chance to win a $10,000 House of Travel holiday prize ("Prize"). Promotion Period: 1 September 2026 to 30 November 2026 ("Campaign Period"). Draw Date: Friday 4 December 2026.  

2. Eligibility  

2.1 Entry is open to any persons who signs an exclusive agency agreement with Summit Real Estate for the sale of a property during the Campaign Period, with a minimum exclusive term of 90 days.  

2.2 The property being listed must be located within the Nelson, Tasman, or Marlborough regions.  

2.3 Eligible property types include residential properties, residential sections, and commercial freehold properties. This Promotion excludes:  

• Commercial leasing and Property management listings  

2.4 Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.  

2.5 The entrant must be the legal owner of the property or have authority from the legal owner to enter the Promotion.  

2.6 Where a property has multiple owners, the ownership entity will receive a single entry into the draw.  

2.7 Employees and salespeople of Summit Real Estate Ltd, employees of House of Travel Nelson, and their immediate family members (parents, siblings, and offspring) are not eligible to enter.  

3. How to Enter: One Entry - List With Summit  

To qualify for an entry into the draw:  

• The entrant must sign an exclusive listing agency agreement with Summit Real Estate for an eligible property during the Campaign Period.  

• The agency agreement must have a minimum exclusive term of 90 days. Agency agreements with longer exclusive terms will also qualify.  

• New listings, re-listed properties, and renewed listings are all eligible.  

• Each eligible property listed during the Campaign Period receives one entry into the draw.  

• If an owner lists more than one eligible property during the Campaign Period, each eligible property may qualify for its own entry.  

• Residential subdivisions or developments under common ownership are limited to a maximum of two (2) entries, regardless of the number of sections listed. Developments with up to five (5) sections receive one (1) entry. Developments with six (6) or more sections receive two (2) entries.  

• Standard agency terms apply, including listing at no less than Summit Real Estate's minimum commission rate and minimum residential marketing investment. Minimum residential marketing spend requirements also apply to section and commercial listings.  

• Listings that are cancelled, withdrawn, terminated, or otherwise removed from the market before 5pm 30 November 2026 will not be eligible for the draw. 

4. The Prize  

4.1 The Prize is a House of Travel holiday voucher valued at NZ$10,000.  

4.2 The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.  

4.3 Any costs not expressly included in the Prize, including travel insurance, passports, visas, spending money, upgrades, taxes, or incidental expenses, are the responsibility of the winner.  

4.4 Travel arrangements are subject to House of Travel's booking terms, conditions, and availability.  

4.5 Any costs exceeding the Prize value of NZ$10,000 are the responsibility of the winner.  

5. The Draw  

5.1 The draw will take place on Friday 4 December 2026 at the Summit Real Estate Stoke Office, under police supervision.  

5.2 The winner will be selected at random from all qualifying entries.  

5.3 The Promoter will verify the winner's eligibility before announcing the result.  

5.4 The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within a reasonable period following the draw.  

5.5 If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within ten (10) business days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.  

6. General Conditions  

6.1 Summit Real Estate Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.  

6.2 The Promoter reserves the right to reject or disqualify any entry that is fraudulent, misleading, incomplete, or otherwise not submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.  

6.3 The Promoter's decision in relation to all aspects of the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.  

6.4 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the Promotion at any time, subject to applicable law.  

6.5 By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, image, and city of residence for reasonable promotional and publicity purposes in connection with the Promotion, without additional compensation.  

6.6 Standard Summit Real Estate privacy policies apply to any personal information collected as part of this Promotion.  

6.7 In the event of any dispute regarding eligibility, interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, or the conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter's decision will be final.
