Passionate about property and helping people. Having started my career as a property lawyer in 2000, I bring a deep passion for real estate along with a wealth of knowledge and experience across all aspects of property investment and ownership. Since moving to Nelson in 2009, my husband and I re-opened and operated the local icon McCashin’s Brewery, welcomed 3 children, 6 chooks, 3 dogs, 6 goats, and 3 lambs to the family - while completing 3 renovations, numerous build projects, and several subdivisions. My genuine interest in the property market, combined with broad business experience, professional expertise, and strong networks, allows me to offer real value to clients looking to sell, redevelop, or purchase property.
I take a hands-on, solutions-focused approach and often bring creative, out-of-the-box ideas drawn from real-world experience. In the office, I’m affectionately known as ‘DEFIB’ short for defibrillator - because even when a deal seems dead, I don’t give up. I’ll work hard to revive it - and often do!
