Hi, I'm Ruben Fry, Sales Manager at Summit Real Estate Motueka.

Born and raised in the Motueka region, I've always had a strong connection to our local community and the people who call it home. Before moving into real estate, I spent 20 years in the building industry, giving me a practical understanding of homes, construction and property that continues to benefit my clients today.

I'm always centred around people, leadership and achieving results. I take pride in building genuine relationships, communicating openly and working hard to help people make confident property decisions. As Sales Manager at Summit Real Estate Motueka, I'm passionate about leading a high-performing team while continuing to work alongside clients throughout the buying and selling process. My goal is to combine local knowledge, strong negotiation skills and a hands-on approach to deliver the best possible outcomes for every client.

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me enjoying everything the Tasman region has to offer, spending time with family and friends, or making the most of the outdoors. I feel incredibly fortunate to live and work in a community I'm proud to call home, and I look forward to helping others find their place here too.
