A lifelong Nelson local, Finn Nalder brings energy, local knowledge, and a strong understanding of the property market to his role with Team Delany at Summit. As a relative of Summit’s founder and Director, real estate has always been part of Finn’s journey, with much of his family playing a key role in the company’s success since founding in 1992.
Before stepping into sales, Finn built valuable experience within Summit’s Property Management team, working closely with landlords and homeowners both locally and internationally. His hands-on involvement in the industry, combined with building his own home and becoming a landlord at just 21 years old, gives him genuine insight into the property journey from both an owner and investor perspective.
Known for his strong work ethic, approachable nature, and drive to achieve outstanding results, Finn is committed to delivering a professional and personable experience for every client. As part of Team Delany, Summit’s #1 team, Finn is focused on helping clients achieve the very best outcome while making the process as seamless as possible.
Outside of real estate, Finn is passionate about health and fitness and is actively involved in the local community through the Stoke Rugby Football Club.
