Arriving in New Zealand in 2004, Jo began her professional career as Head of Drama at Nelson College for Girls. She later established a successful property development company specialising in remodelling homes for resale. She also had her own life-coaching business. Both these experiences combined creativity, business acumen, and a genuine passion for helping people achieve their goals.

In the UK, Jo worked in the film industry, managing large teams and coordinating complex productions. This fast-paced environment sharpened her organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to remain calm under pressure - qualities that now serve her clients well throughout every real estate transaction.

Having travelled extensively, Jo quickly builds genuine rapport with people from all walks of life. Clear communication, practical problem-solving, and a healthy sense of humour are hallmarks of her approach.

Her background in photography, interior design, and property development gives her a keen eye for presentation and she has the ability to recognise a property's full potential. She is passionate about sustainable construction. 

Jo is an active member of the Nelson community, volunteering as a Big Brothers Big Sisters mentor and supporting local arts and cultural diversity. She has served as Chair of the Fairfield House Executive Committee.
