Brian's a born and bred Nelsonian who grew up helping out in the family agricultural contracting business in rural Appleby. You might have even spotted a young Brian behind the wheel of a Sangster Contracting tractor helping locals make a living off their land - an early introduction to the value of commitment, family, and getting your hands dirty.

Brian's interest in property developed from watching his grandfather renovate properties in the 90s, leading him to purchase and renovate his first property at 21. He turned that first opportunity into 2 further 'renovate and resell' projects as he climbed the property ladder. Brian's now settled in a local lifestyle block with 3 generations of the family, including new daughter, a cat, 2 dogs, and 12 sheep.

Brian is an experienced tradesman, a fully qualified linesman and mechanic, with a knack for practical jobs and a tradie's eye for detail.
