Understanding what makes a home stand out has fascinated me for years. Long before I worked in real estate, I closely followed the Nelson Tasman property market out of interest, paying attention to what made certain homes stand out while others were easily overlooked. My parents moved to NZ in the 1970s from the UK and brought my sister and I with them, so I have inherited an interest in football, which I have played most of my life to a low level.
