Hi everyone,

I'm Pete. Having holidayed here in recent years, my wife Michelle and I could not deny the beauty and history of the Nelson/Tasman area, the friendly people and the opportunities for our family. It really is a special place.

My parents moved to NZ in the 1970s from the UK and brought my sister and I with them, so I have inherited an interest in football, which I have played most of my life to a low level. I enjoy sports in general, fishing, snowboarding and I am a sometimes musician and home cook. Mainly I love spending time with my ladies (I have 4 daughters aged 33, 30, 15 and 12) and road-tripping to new places. 

My work background prior to real estate was varied but mainly in retail and youth work. My real estate career began in 2003 and I have always appreciated the privilege of a vendor entrusting me to handle the sale of their home; it is a big deal and I have always done my very best to repay this trust with hard work, great marketing and an outstanding result. From 1940s fibrolite baches to multi-million dollar beachfront homes and everything in between, I relish the challenge of achieving the best possible outcome in every market, doing it with integrity - and keeping the process as stress-free as possible. Finding the right home for buyers is also something I find very satisfying, and this has led to a lot of repeat business over the years.
