Sapphire brings a wealth of experience and an in-depth understanding of Summit's strategic vision and operational framework.

She has been an integral part of our organisation since 2003, leaving her mark as a Marketing Manager and later as an Operations Manager for the Summit group. Her extensive tenure has given her an unparalleled insight into the inner workings of our company.

In 2014, Sapphire embraced a fresh and exciting challenge by spearheading our recruitment efforts to discover the next generation of sales superstars joining the business management team in the Nelson office. Just 2short years later, Sapphire took on the role of Branch Manager, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to expanding her skill set.

Following maternity leave in what she describes as her most purposeful role yet – raising her son Rico, Sapphire returned to her position as Branch Manager working alongside Sales Manager Ben Nalder. Together they have created an impressive team, fostering a culture of development and success.
