Allister commenced selling residential real estate in 1983, during the past 30 years he has gained experience in various real estate fields including; Residential, rural, Commercial, Industrial and Property Management. In 1989 Allister became an associate member of the Real Estate Institute and in 1992 established Summit Real Estate.

David has many years of experience in property management including growing, owning, and managing a property management business. He has also conducted business health checks/audits on property management businesses throughout New Zealand and in this role has helped train staff and improve systems, procedures and profitability levels. Prior to property management, David was involved in both teaching and management roles in the education sector.

Gordon's philosophy has always been 'there's no substitute for hard work!' since he began selling real estate in November 2003 he has, through a natural affinity to the business, become Summit's most successful salesperson. He was 'Rookie of the Year' in 2005 'Runner-up Salesperson of the Year' in 2006 and 2007 'Salesperson of the Year' in 2008, 2009 and 2010 In 2010 was appointed Branch Manager of the Richmond office How has he got there? Alice Knoef

Admin Assistant & Company Reliever

Summit is excited to have Alice taking on the Administration Assistant and Company Reliever role. Based out of the Stoke office, she will also cover reception across our other offices. Completing her last years of schooling in 2021, Alice is looking forward to her future at Summit. Since finishing school, Alice has worked in retail and customer service. She is passionate about working with people, learning, and meeting new people. With her position, Alice looks forward to acquiring new skills and meeting many new faces. Alice enjoys spending time with her partner or friends and likes going to the beach in her free time.

Emma Barton

Mortgage Broking & Marketing Coordinator

Emma joined Summit in 2016, starting in Summit's Realty Services as their Administrator, then moving into a Marketing role. After studying for a Diploma in Business and Accounting, Emma's interest in the business's financial aspects saw her move to Finance & Systems Manager. Her numerous positions in the company have helped her gain excellent knowledge of Summit and its operations. After taking time away to start her family, Emma returned to Summit part-time in a mortgage broking and marketing role. During this period, she has been completing her Bachelor in Business (Accounting), demonstrating her continued commitment to professional development while balancing family life. Emma's diverse experience across multiple departments and her ongoing education makes her a valuable asset to the Summit team.

Hannah joined Summit in 2016 and over the past 8 years, she has experienced various roles throughout the company which has helped her gain an excellent knowledge of Summit, its people and operations. After an 18-month intermission, she is back as our Systems, Finance and Events Manager. Responsible for overseeing office administration and financial processes across our 6 branches as well as key Summit events like our Annual Awards and Conferences, Hannah approaches every task with her down-to-earth and optimistic demeanour and is a natural problem solver.

Kate is a creative, results-driven professional who leads marketing and brand strategy for the Summit Group in a part-time capacity. With a background in niche marketing and the print industry, and a Bachelor’s in Visual Communication, she brings a strong blend of design expertise and strategic thinking to the role. She is actively involved in her community through the Celtic pipe band and local committees, balancing her career with life as a proud mum to Austin and Esmè. Kate also holds a Real Estate License and has previously supported high-performing sales teams at Summit, including Team Delany and commercial specialist Bevan Dixon.

Milissa joined Summit in 2007 as an Administrator for the Commercial and Industrial division. Her strong organisational skills and attention to detail later led to her appointment as Administrator for the Nelson branch, where she continued to streamline processes and support branch operations. With a natural aptitude for leadership and systems thinking, Milissa moved into the management team at Realty Services in 2013, where she now holds the role of Business & Employment Manager. In this position, she has been instrumental in the development and implementation of company-wide systems, helping to enhance operational efficiency and better support the teams and people who keep the business moving forward.

Tori joined Summit Real Estate in 2007 in the accounts department for Commercial and Industrial followed by 3 years as a Property Manager. After a short stint of travelling overseas in America and Mexico, Tori then completed a Diploma in Business Management. Tori was the Manager and Adviser for the team's Mortgage advising division and after being in numerous positions in the company, it has helped her gain an in-depth knowledge in all areas of the business. As the Realty Services Business Manager, Tori plays a strategic role in finance, HR and the smooth running of day to day business.
