Milissa joined Summit in 2007 as an Administrator for the Commercial and Industrial division. Her strong organisational skills and attention to detail later led to her appointment as Administrator for the Nelson branch, where she continued to streamline processes and support branch operations.

With a natural aptitude for leadership and systems thinking, Milissa moved into the management team at Realty Services in 2013, where she now holds the role of Business & Employment Manager. In this position, she has been instrumental in the development and implementation of company-wide systems, helping to enhance operational efficiency and better support the teams and people who keep the business moving forward.
