Emma joined Summit in 2016, starting in Summit's Realty Services as their Administrator, then moving into a Marketing role. After studying for a Diploma in Business and Accounting, Emma's interest in the business's financial aspects saw her move to Finance & Systems Manager. Her numerous positions in the company have helped her gain excellent knowledge of Summit and its operations.

After taking time away to start her family, Emma returned to Summit part-time in a mortgage broking and marketing role. During this period, she has been completing her Bachelor in Business (Accounting), demonstrating her continued commitment to professional development while balancing family life. Emma's diverse experience across multiple departments and her ongoing education makes her a valuable asset to the Summit team.
