Jacqui came into the real estate profession with extensive experience in sales and customer service. Coming from a farm in the central North Island and having trained in the Horticultural field at the renowned firm Duncan and Davies, she has several qualifications in areas including Amenity Horticulture and Nursery production and holds a Diploma in Photography. Jacqui spent many years in the Horticultural sales industry as a garden centre assistant manager and later a sales representative for a wholesale grower covering areas from Invercargill to Levin. After moving to Blenheim around 17 years ago Jacqui became Manager of Tiger Eye Beads and later Manager at Hannahs Shoes, where she spent 10 years providing excellent customer service and earned a growing reputation for her ‘bend over backwards’ approach to helping customers to fulfil their needs. Jacqui is also involved in local sports clubs, being the secretary for the Top of the South Boxing Association and the Marlborough Boxing Club, and training at Seido Karate, where she holds a 5th degree black belt and loves nothing more than helping the youth to develop confidence in themselves. Viv has exceptional local knowledge being a born and bred Marlburian. She is a 'people person' and enjoys her interactions with landlords, tenants, contractors and members of the public, whilst enjoying working as part of a dynamic team in a busy office. Coming to Property Management from a role within the New Zealand Police, Viv has a set of skills and the knowledge to effectively manage her portfolio of investment properties to ensure that both landlords and tenants are happy. Viv delivers informed and reliable advice to tenants looking to establish themselves in the area and is committed to assisting our landlord clients to smooth the steps of the rental and management processes. My focus is on creating positive outcomes for all parties while maintaining the highest professional standards. Drawing on many years of experience as a classroom teacher and educational leader, I bring exceptional communication, organisation, and relationship management skills to my role as a Property Manager. Throughout my career, I have held a range of administrative responsibilities, developing strengths in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and attention to detail — qualities that are invaluable in delivering outstanding property management services. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Sociology, along with a Graduate Diploma in Teaching and Learning. This academic background has provided me with a strong understanding of people, effective communication strategies, and the ability to navigate complex situations with professionalism, and empathy. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring Marlborough by boat and on foot and making the most of the region's natural beauty. I value spending time with family, keeping active through regular exercise, walking my dogs, travelling, and indulging my love of reading.

Virginia has 9 years’ experience in the real estate industry with 4 years as a Property Manager. Virginia brings a vast range of knowledge and skills to the Summit Property Management team with an additional background as a client liaison for a major building company, banking and various administrative roles with the Marlborough District Council. Virginia has excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring that all aspects of her role as a Property Manager are managed to a high standard, striving to ensure that both owners and tenants are happy and confident in her services. Virginia enjoys working with people and her positive friendly personality allows her to connect quickly with both tenants and owners. Virginia has completed a New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management (Level 4). When not managing properties Virginia enjoys cooking, movies, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Zayla joins the Summit Blenheim office as a Receptionist and Marketing Assistant, after completing her real estate qualification in 2025. Her positive attitude and love for people make her a welcoming first point of contact for Summit Blenheim. Outside of work, Zayla is passionate about the outdoors, staying active, and enjoys spending quality time with friends and family.
