Virginia has managed my 3-bedroom house for the last 3 years. She has good tenants in my house, who pay their rent on time. Virginia regularly takes photos of my rental inside and out, including the lawns and gardens, during her inspection, and emails them to me to show that the tenants are looking after the property, which I really appreciate. I always stay up to date on any new tenancy laws that come into effect, etc. Since I have been retired for 4 years now, all I need to do is put my feet up, lie back in my La-Z-Boy chair, turn on the TV, and pat the cat, and all is good.
