Real estate ownership has always been a priority for most New Zealander's. Being entrusted to market and negotiate the sale of a person’s greatest asset is as much a thrill and privilege for me today, as it was when I began in this industry in 2007. My business is based on honesty, integrity, and trust; and for me, real estate is a contact sport. Building and maintaining relationships with prospective buyers and sellers is why a large percentage of the business I do is repeat or referral. I am a confident, gregarious person with excellent communication and negotiation skills. I believe wholeheartedly that when all is said and done there is no substitute for hard work. Family and friends play a huge part in my life and I really love the spirit and energy of a thriving community. Whether you are coming or going, I will help you get there and make the process as stress-free and enjoyable as I possibly can.

A northern lass, I emigrated to beautiful Aotearoa from Greater Manchester, England, in 2007. Before beginning my career in real estate, I worked as a registered social worker for over 18 years across both the North and South Islands, supporting people in hospitals and within the community. I am passionate about people and guiding them through life’s many transitions — from grief, relationships, and health to housing, finances, and moving into residential care. These experiences have shaped my values of integrity, understanding, and respect, which I now bring to my role in real estate. My focus is to ensure you feel supported, informed, and valued as you make decisions about your next chapter. I live locally in Mapua with my husband, and now that we have an empty nest, I can dedicate my time and energy to helping others. Drawing on my background in advocacy and needs assessment, I walk alongside you at your pace to achieve your property goals. Whether you’re considering buying or selling, or would simply like a complimentary, no-obligation appraisal and market update, I’d be delighted to help!

I am proud to part of the fabulous Summit team and to help you match your housing needs. The areas of knowledge that I will draw on to benefit you will come from my background in the retail banking industry. Also, my work experience in residential property management has added another dimension of understanding, knowledge and empathy. Listening very carefully to what each individual person is asking of me is key. Family and community are hugely important to me, and I love meeting new people. A smile and friendly demeanour go a long way. Back that up with a strong financial background and good professional work ethic and I feel that people who choose my help will benefit from having me around. 'Client-focused, results-driven'.

Having managed my own rental properties, I fully understand that I have a significant responsibility and see the importance of finding the right people to live in and look after your rental investment. I will strive to create an outstanding relationship between the property owner, myself as the manager, and the tenant. A combination of organisational skills, attention to detail and communicating with a positive, friendly demeanour are invaluable in my role, coupled with this I have a practical approach which is vital when working with properties. We are blessed to live within a place that is so diverse with a wide range of people, and with my varying range of skills, I feel that I can work with people from all differing backgrounds. Although my family resides in Motueka, on the weekends we love to go to our farm in Pohara, Takaka, where I ride horses, farm sheep, chickens, and beef, cut gorse and work on our Airbnb project. I absolutely love rugby, dancing, fitness, music, wine and great food. If you would like a committed and enthusiastic Property Manager to entrust your investment to, I would love to meet you.
