We have had the pleasure of having Avei as our Property Manager for 7 years. If there is anything that needs attention at the property, she deals with it very quickly, whether during the week or out of hours. We have had several calls out of hours, and Avei never sounds frustrated, just her professional, happy self. Avei is respectful of the tenants' needs and has a good understanding of what is trivial and what is important. She will only contact us if it's the latter and will fill us in on anything else in her inspection report. Avei is very well suited to this job, and we are very happy to entrust her with our property.
