We're inviting photographers of all skill levels across Nelson, Tasman, and Marlborough to pick up their camera or album and show us what makes this region extraordinary.

From the peaks of the Richmond Ranges to the golden shores of Abel Tasman, the sun-soaked vineyards of Marlborough to the sheltered waters of the stunning Sounds. The Top of the South is one of New Zealand's most photographed corners of the country. And we want to see it through your eyes.

The six best images submitted will be featured in the Summit Real Estate & Summit Property Management 2027 calendar, distributed to homes and businesses right across the region.

What are we looking for?

A breathtaking landscape. A hidden coastal gem. A rural moment that captures the soul of the region. A community scene that tells a local story. Whatever makes you stop, raise your camera, and think 'this is the Top of the South.' A place Summit calls home.
