Mandy brings extensive experience across banking, finance, administration, and customer service. Originally from South Africa, she relocated to the Middle East in 2005 following a successful career in retail and business banking. In 2010, she made New Zealand home and continued her banking career, specialising in both retail and business lending.

After moving to Nelson in 2019, Mandy worked as a Senior Administrator in the real estate industry, providing admin support and training across multiple offices. Returning to banking in 2023, she now combines her lending expertise with a genuine passion for helping people achieve their property goals.

Known for her efficiency, attention to detail, and friendly approach, Mandy prides herself on delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships. She believes every client deserves to feel valued, heard, and supported throughout their lending journey.

Outside of work, Mandy enjoys tennis, surfing, exploring the Nelson region, and expressing her creativity through painting
