Born and raised in Nelson, Hannah brings strong local knowledge and a background supporting businesses across the region with everything from traditional and digital marketing through to administration, operations, and all the behind-the-scenes problem solving that keeps things moving. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management with a minor in Psychology from the University of Otago.

Hannah joined Steph Monopoli in August 2025 as her part-time Personal Assistant, combining solid organisational skills with a long-standing interest in the property market. 

Today, Hannah works behind the scenes supporting Steph and her clients through every step of the property journey. She’s passionate about local business, community connection, and helping people make confident property decisions, with a sharp eye for detail and a grounded understanding of both buyers and sellers experiences.

Outside of work, Hannah fully embraces the boy mum ethos, powered by 2 very energetic boys, meaning you’ll usually find her on bikes, exploring rivers, rocks, and beaches, or trying to outpace them in some form of chaos. When there’s still energy left in the tank, netball is firmly on the agenda too.
