Nicole brings 11 years of property management experience and a genuine passion for helping both landlords and tenants achieve great outcomes. Known for her strong communication and approachable style, Nicole prides herself on keeping clients informed, building trust, and making property management as smooth and stress-free as possible.

After several years in Australia, Nicole is excited to be returning home to Nelson and re-joining the team at Summit Property Management. As a landlord herself, she understands firsthand the importance of protecting an investment while maintaining positive tenant relationships.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time outdoors with her young family and exploring Nelson’s ever-growing list of great coffee spots.
