Hi, I’m Lachie Richards. Firstly, let’s clear the air … I’m not a born and bred Kiwi, just your friendly Aussie who accidentally fell head over heels for the charm of Picton.

Real estate’s been in my blood from day one. My dad was a property developer, so I grew up around building sites and open homes. I’ve always loved property but just as much, I’ve loved people. After a few great years slinging toasties, coffee, and good yarns, I felt the pull back to my roots - that’s when I turned my focus to real estate.

Now I’m proud to be part of the Summit Picton team, a crew that shares my passion for community, property, and doing things right. I’m here to be a straight-up, honest real estate licensee … no fluff, just genuine service and real results.

I adore this town, it’s not just where I live but it’s where I feel most myself and I’m incredibly excited to help others find their place here too. I’m looking forward to meeting more new faces, having some great chats, and helping people make moves that feel right for them.
