Rach became a part of the Summit team in August 2009, initially serving as the Receptionist at the Richmond office. In 2011, she was promoted to the role of Administrator in Stoke, where she thrived working alongside the sales team in the dynamic and fast-paced real estate environment. With over a decade of knowledge and experience under her belt, Rach has become an indispensable member of the Summit Real Estate family.

In 2020, Rach took a break from her professional journey to embrace motherhood, welcoming her baby boy, Jack. Two years later, she made a return to Summit, and the team was fortunate enough to have her join as a Personal Assistant for Team Delany. In this pivotal role, Rach plays a central part in ensuring the seamless operation of our business backend. Her responsibilities encompass a wide spectrum of administrative tasks, including coordinating marketing initiatives, overseeing property checklists, maintaining our extensive database, handling publications, and much more.

In 2023 Rach celebrated the arrival of her beautiful daughter, Emily. She rejoined Team Delany in 2025 and continues to contribute her valuable skills and commitment to the success of Summit Real Estate. In her spare time Rach loves fishing and diving, as well as spending time with her family.
