We cannot fault Summit. They have managed our rental since 2006, and the service has always been outstanding. Not only do they do the routine checks extremely well and follow up on the smallest problems, but they also handle major issues with a minimum of fuss, and a high degree of professionalism - always keeping us in the loop. One definite plus is that we have just 1 person attached to our property. We can't speak highly enough of both staff and the relationship between us and them is just as it should be.
