Summit Real Estate was founded in 1992 and, from small beginnings in Stoke, quickly grew to become the top of the South Island’s market leaders and have maintained that position for the past 20 years.
Locally owned and operated, with over 27 years’ operation, Summit has grown its office network to Blenheim, Picton, Nelson, Stoke, Richmond, and Motueka. Included in our mission statement is ‘you’ll be glad you chose Summit’ and to achieve that, every member of the Summit team aims to provide a real estate service that is second to none.
We value relationships. From our first day of operation to the present, we maintain a close connection with the communities we are part of. Through numerous events, sports, cultural and other community-based initiatives, including five years as principal sponsor of the Nelson Marlborough Rescue Helicopter, Summit has grown with the region.
While we source an ever-increasing percentage of inquiry from our high-profile, web-based marketing, the vast majority of business is still completed face to face with our clients and salespeople. Summit maintains a simple strategy; we provide our salespeople with the best resources, marketing, training, technology, and management support so that they achieve the best result possible for every client.
