Now Available - Government Delivers on Rental Reform Promises

As promised, the Government has made changes to modernise the Residential Tenancies Act 1986 with the (RTA) Amendment Bill 2020, which was passed last night. Some like the changes and some do not, here at Summit Property Management we are confident that we can successfully continue to manage our properties well with these changes.

The changes to emergency housing come into effect as of today.
