National Property Managers Day

This week, we celebrate National Property Managers Day (Wednesday, 19 July) in New Zealand.

This was originally initiated by the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ), and it is a day to recognise the hard work our Property Managers and administration team put into our clients.

Property Managers play an incredibly important role in helping Kiwis find a home and delivering great service to renters and property owners. We appreciate the positivity behind the idea of providing an occasion to commend the good work carried out daily in our profession by experienced and qualified property management professionals.

Here at Summit, we recognise the sterling efforts that Residential Property Managers continue to put in year after year, and the role itself over recent
years has found itself in the media spotlight and become dual-faceted
where we have all needed to upskill on legislation and learn ways of balancing the needs of both property owners and renters.
