Virginia has 9 years’ experience in the real estate industry with 4 years as a property manager. Virginia brings a vast range of knowledge and skills to the Summit Property Management team with an additional background as a client liaison for a major building company, banking and various administrative roles with the Marlborough District Council.

Virginia has excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring that all aspects of her role as a property manager are managed to a high standard, striving to ensure that both owners and tenants are happy and confident in her services.

Virginia enjoys working with people and her positive friendly personality allows her to connect quickly with both tenants and owners. Virginia has completed a New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management (Level 4).

When not managing properties Virginia enjoys cooking, movies, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
