A career property manager and property investor Stewart Henry has been involved in running rental property agencies and property management companies for over 30 years, a branch manager at 20 years old, Stewart has operated in Christchurch, Dunedin, Napier and 10 years in the United Kingdom culminating in running London’s Central Lettings Group for a prominent UK brand dealing with high end properties and clients. In the 1990s Stewart returned to New Zealand and joined Summit Property Management, back then Summit managed in the region of 120 properties and through our commitment to provide the best possible service to our clients Summit Property Management has grown to manage over 2,000 properties in Nelson and Marlborough making us the largest and most preferred property management company in the region. A long term serving committee member of the Nelson Property Investors' Association, Stewart is keen to give advice to landlords.
