We’re giving two lucky winners the chance to ride on the Summit Santa Grotto Float at this year’s Richmond Santa Parade on Sunday, 7 December 2025!
The top 6 entries will be posted on Summit social media for public voting! One girl and one boy winner will be selected to join us on the Santa Grotto float at the Richmond Santa Parade on Saturday, 7th December 2025!
ENTRIES CLOSE: Friday 28 November 2025. Please complete and return your entry to [email protected] or drop it in to your local Summit Office.
The top six entries will be posted on Summit Real Estate’s social media channels for public voting.
The girl and boy with the most votes will each win the chance to join us on the Summit Santa Grotto Float at the Richmond Santa Parade on Sunday, 7 December 2025.
Winners notified: by Wednesday, 3rd December 2025
Age requirement: Both winners must be between 7 and 11 years old
Judges’ decision is final
Parents or guardians of the winner accept full responsibility for the safety, care, and transport of the child before and after the parade
Entries and photos of winners may be used for promotional purposes
If the Richmond Santa Parade is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, a replacement prize will be arranged
